Skill Coordinator

Years of Experience: 2–5 years

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Education, Management, or related field.


Objective: To oversee and support the execution of skill training programs in Mumbai, ensuring effective implementation and impactful beneficiary outcomes.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with trainers, centers, and local teams to ensure efficient program execution.
  • Manage attendance, assessments, training schedules, MIS data, and project documentation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers, sector partners, and communities for placement linkages.
  • Conduct field visits, mobilization drives, and ensure program quality standards.
  • Support workshops, events, and skill enhancement sessions for beneficiaries.
  • Prepare progress reports and contribute to compliance and donor documentation.
