Generating livelihood opportunities is a multifaceted approach that tackles not only economic concerns but also addresses social hurdles. It serves as a primary catalyst for sustainable development, playing a crucial role in cultivating a fairer and more prosperous society.

Our Focus areas are:

1. Employability of youth

  • – Professional career counselling for precise career path identification.
  • -Comprehensive domain training for understanding industry trends and aligning one’s skills with the industry needs.

2. Internship and apprenticeship opportunities for youth for hands-on experience.

  • – industry-led on-the-job (OJT) training and certification programs designed to familiarize candidates with corporate work culture.

3. Entrepreneurship opportunities,

  • – fostering the development of women entrepreneurs through empowering Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to ensure an equitable and inclusive society.
  • -Empowerment of youth through innovative ideas, leading to the establishment and growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India
