Employee Volunteer Coordinator

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, Public Relations, or related field.


Objective: To plan, manage, and execute employee volunteering and CSR engagement programs while maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate employee volunteering events and CSR activities.
  • Liaise with corporate partners, NGOs, and government departments for project implementation.
  • Manage volunteer registrations, documentation, attendance, and reporting.
  • Prepare event reports, maintain data for audits, and ensure timely communication.
  • Design and implement creative employee engagement programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communities.
