Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work, Communications, or related field.

Objective: To cultivate, manage, and expand a strong base of individual donors and HNIs, contributing to sustainable fundraising growth for the organization.

• Identify and build relationships with individual donors, high-net-worth individuals, and prospects through direct outreach and networking.
• Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct donor meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and maintain strong donor engagement.
• Prepare donor proposals, impact reports, and communication materials in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain detailed donor records, contributions, and interactions using CRM tools.
• Participate in fundraising events, outreach activities, and donor engagement initiatives.
• Explore new opportunities and channels for individual giving and long-term sustainability.
