She has worked in Government (Panchayats and Rural Development Department, Govt of West Bengal), Corporate, Non-government Organizations and UN agency (NPO in World Health Organization South-East Asia Region). She has successfully designed, implemented and evaluated various development projects.

Sanjib Saha is a seasoned public health professional with over 27 years of experience in public health and nutrition, primarily focused on Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) and sexual health, including HIV/AIDS. With academic credentials in Social-Cultural Anthropology and Public Health Management, he has held key roles in several national and international NGOs and UN agencies including UNICEF, CARE, Save the Children, and Child In Need Institute (CINI).
For the past two decades, Sanjib has worked closely with the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, and UNICEF, providing technical and managerial support for the implementation of NHM programmes such as RMNCH+A. His expertise extends across various states including Bihar and Uttarakhand, particularly in strengthening maternal, newborn, child, adolescent health, and nutrition services.

Mr. Ranadip Ghosh is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in sales, marketing, administration, and operations. He currently serves as Officer – Administration and Operations at The WE Foundation, where he oversees HR, procurement, coordination, and overall office management.
His career began in sales roles at Fame Care Pharma, Keya Seth Aroma Therapy, and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (Lakme Division) between 2004 and 2010. He later worked as a Marketing Executive at Krishi Bharati, a Medical Investigator at E-Meditek TPA Services Ltd., and as Marketing Officer and Assistant Manager at Amorous Communications until 2020. Following this, he held supervisory positions in security and manufacturing with Command Security Services, Asian Security Services, and BM Hardware in Kolkata.
