Nabanita has been associated with TWF since its inception. She is a gold medalist in PGDSW, MA in Political Science from Calcutta University, PGD in Health Management from National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW), New Delhi and a certificate holder in Health Systems Strengthening from John Hopkins University. During her leisure time, she completed both intermediate and advanced courses in Copy Editing from Mediabistro, USA. Nabanita has more than 12 year’s experience in the development sector. She has worked in Government (Panchayats and Rural Development Department, Govt of West Bengal), Corporate, Non-government Organizations and UN agency (NPO in World Health Organization South-East Asia Region). She has successfully designed, implemented and evaluated various development projects.

Mrs. Arpita Gupta Kundu

HR Director

Mrs. Arpita Gupta Kundu is forward-looking HR personnel with 15 years of experience. MBA in HR, with a strong background of working with a number of multinational corporations building successful HR departments from the ground up. Skilled at guiding diversity, recruiting initiatives and providing employee resources to support the growth of enterprise organizations. She uses her interpersonal communication skills and conflict resolution abilities to increase employee satisfaction at CORE.

Mr Krishnendu Banerjee

A management graduate from Preston University, USA and an executive graduate from IIM, Ahmedabad, Krishnendu brings with him more than 15 year’s experience in strategic marketing and communication, brand management, business development, new product development and research. He has worked in leading multinational and national companies such as GILLETTE, GOODYEAR, LG, CASIO and many others.

Mr Soumendu Bhattacharyya

Soumendu has more than 8 year’s experience in both private and international donor organizations. He has completed B.COM (Hons) & CA (inter) and a computerised course on financial accounting from West Bengal Youth Academy. He has experience in preparing & finalizing financial statements by strictly adhering to accounting procedures & policies, maintaining & improving financial and functional management as well as internal control system within an organization. He is also equipped in cash management & banking operations. With wide experience in the development sector, he has the capability to handle support functions such as HR, Operation, Programme & Organizational Management. He smartly carries out statutory, internal & system audit in private, Govt. and non-Govt. organizations. He is known for his strong communication skills and ability to adapt and learn new technologies for smooth functioning of any projects/programmes.

Mr.Santosh Kumar

Santosh Kumar holds a postgraduate degree in International Business and Marketing and possesses over 15 years of expertise in Government Liaisoning, Corporate Communication & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He has gained valuable experience working with renowned organizations such as CII, Info Edge, Vikram Solar & Square Panda Inc.

Outside of his professional commitments, Santosh is an avid supporter of environmental conservation efforts. He is also passionate about volunteering for social cause and is involved in several social initiatives & programs.

Mr. Rohit Kundu

Program Specialist

Profile – Mr. Rohit Kundu is a dedicated Program Specialist with a multidisciplinary approach to development, working across the sectors of education, environment, health and skill development. With a strong academic background in development studies and social work, he brings both theoretical knowledge and practical field experience to his role.

Rohit has gained valuable on-ground exposure in education, health, environment and skill development through professional training and project engagements with leading development organizations. These experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of grassroots economic empowerment and sustainable livelihood models.

Rohit contributes actively to a diverse portfolio of programs across education, environment, livelihoods, health, and sustainability. He supports initiatives that enhance foundational learning, digital literacy, and inclusive, child-friendly education. In the environmental space, he works on waste management, climate adaptation, and community-led stewardship. His efforts in livelihood programs focus on skilling and micro-entrepreneurship for women and youth from marginalized backgrounds. He is also engaged in health initiatives such as awareness drives, screening camps, and wellness outreach. Across all domains, Rohit promotes sustainable practices that ensure long-term ecological and socio-economic resilience.

Ms. Anjum Chowdhary

Health and Nutrition Officer

Profile- Ms. Anjum Chowdhary is the Health and Nutrition Officer at The WE Foundation, with a strong academic background in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s in Health Management. She brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and strategic program management to the organization’s health initiatives.
Anjum has gained hands-on experience in hospital-based nutrition, patient care, and health systems through various clinical internships. Her passion for community health has driven her work in the development sector, particularly in areas of preventive healthcare, maternal and child nutrition, and awareness building.
At The WE Foundation, she plays a key role in designing and implementing health programs focused on nutritional counseling, cancer screening, and community-based health training, ensuring all interventions are evidence-based and community-focused.

His depth of knowledge in non-profit finance ensures accurate reporting, prudent resource allocation, and seamless coordination with program and field teams.

Ms. Kankana Roy

Lead Executive

Ms. Kankana Roy is a dynamic and dedicated Lead Executive at The WE Foundation, bringing with her a strong academic background and deep expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). She holds a Master’s degree in Social Welfare from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), equipping her with both theoretical insight and practical know-how in the development sector.

At The WE Foundation, Kankana plays a pivotal role in Proposal Development, Fundraising Outreach, Relationship Management, and Impact Monitoring. She is instrumental in leading donor communications for CSR projects, ensuring alignment between donor expectations and project outcomes.

With a sharp acumen for project planning and stakeholder engagement, Kankana’s strategic approach and empathetic communication make her an asset in driving community-centered interventions toward meaningful, sustainable impact.

Ms. Ahona Das

Digital Marketing Executive

Ms. Ahona Das is a Digital Marketing Executive with a flair for content creation, visual storytelling, and strategic communication. Specializing in blog writing, social media content, and post designing, she combines creativity with clarity to craft compelling narratives that inform and engage.

Her technical proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva allows her to design visually impactful materials that align with brand goals and social impact messaging. With a strong grasp of audience-centric communication, Ahona ensures that digital outputs are not only aesthetically appealing but also meaningful and action-oriented.

Mr. Sanjib Saha

Program Manager – Health & Nutrition

Sanjib Saha is a seasoned public health professional with over 27 years of experience in public health and nutrition, primarily focused on Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) and sexual health, including HIV/AIDS. With academic credentials in Social-Cultural Anthropology and Public Health Management, he has held key roles in several national and international NGOs and UN agencies including UNICEF, CARE, Save the Children, and Child In Need Institute (CINI).

For the past two decades, Sanjib has worked closely with the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, and UNICEF, providing technical and managerial support for the implementation of NHM programmes such as RMNCH+A. His expertise extends across various states including Bihar and Uttarakhand, particularly in strengthening maternal, newborn, child, adolescent health, and nutrition services.

He has led and coordinated large-scale public health projects supported by organizations like UNICEF, UNFPA and DFID. Sanjib brings deep experience in programme planning, capacity building, monitoring, and policy advocacy, with a strong grounding in community-based approaches and health systems strengthening.

Kamolinee Dey

Lead Specialist – Global & Corporate

Kamolinee Dey is a BBA graduate from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, with a specialization in Consumer Behaviour and Marketing Analytics. Her multidisciplinary expertise spans digital marketing, strategic communications, and data-driven analysis, enabling her to bring both creativity and insight to every initiative. A digital marketing enthusiast with a natural flair for writing, Kamolinee consistently delivers and never ceases to amaze her peers.

Over the past two years with The We Foundation, Kamolinee has demonstrated exceptional versatility, excelling in a range of roles including Documentation Officer, Corporate Partnerships Specialist, and now, Lead Specialist – Global & Corporate. Her tenacity and adaptability allow her to thrive in dynamic environments, while her commitment to continuous self-improvement drives proven results.

Ranadip Ghosh

Officer – Administration & Operations

Mr. Ranadip Ghosh is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in sales, marketing, administration, and operations. He currently serves as Officer – Administration and Operations at The WE Foundation, where he oversees HR, procurement, coordination, and overall office management.

His career began in sales roles at Fame Care Pharma, Keya Seth Aroma Therapy, and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (Lakme Division) between 2004 and 2010. He later worked as a Marketing Executive at Krishi Bharati, a Medical Investigator at E-Meditek TPA Services Ltd., and as Marketing Officer and Assistant Manager at Amorous Communications until 2020. Following this, he held supervisory positions in security and manufacturing with Command Security Services, Asian Security Services, and BM Hardware in Kolkata.

Mr. Ghosh’s strong operational insight and cross-functional expertise continue to support efficient administration and organisational development.
