2 to 5yrs years of relevant work experience
Bachelors with good communication skills
Proficiency in English (oral and written)
Experience in CRM database support, campaign management, IT systems and support experience
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate campaigns/activities to generate leads. Develop individual campaigns.
- Research individual and NGO data and making calls.
- Database management to generate leads both Individual and NGOs.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and manage database on daily basis.
- Empower Organization’s ability to timely respond to individual/NGO opportunity.
- Develop and share communication to target NGOs and Individuals.
- Produce daily, biweekly and monthly internal reports on campaigns, and conversion. Evaluate adherence and take action to improve performance.
